Since our services involve custom design and development work, refunds are limited and handled on a case-by-case basis. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
a. Initial Deposits
All upfront deposits or payments made to begin a project are non-refundable. These payments secure your spot in our project queue and cover the time and resources allocated to your project.
b. Project Cancellation by Client
If a project is canceled by the client after work has started:
- No refund will be issued for work already completed.
- A partial refund may be considered for uncompleted stages of the project, based on our discretion and time spent.
c. Project Cancellation by Yazam LLC
In the rare case that Yazam LLC must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances:
- A full or partial refund will be issued depending on the stage of project completion.
- We will also offer to transfer any completed work or provide assistance with transitioning to another service provider.
d. Dissatisfaction with Final Delivery
If you are not satisfied with the final product:
- We offer reasonable revisions based on the original project scope.
- Refunds will not be provided for completed projects if all agreed-upon work has been delivered and revisions offered.
2. Digital Products or Downloads
If applicable, digital files (e.g., templates, plugins, or software delivered as part of the website creation) are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.
